1:1 Coaching FAQs
Q: Is coaching confidential, even if my employer pays?
A: Yes. We sign a coaching agreement that sets out all the terms and conditions around confidentiality and our shared obligations.
Q: How much does 1:1 Coaching Cost?
A: An average range is between $3-12K over a 3-6 month period. We design a package that works for you before we begin. There are no “surprises.” Payment plans are available.
Q: What if I start with you, but things change, or I have to step back?
A: I only work with leaders who are all in. But, if any unforeseen circumstances occur, you are free to stop coaching anytime with no penalty.
Q: What else do you offer, besides 1:1 Coaching?
A: I facilitate team sessions. I’m asked to deliver Board Coaching or governance training. I also do confidential trusted advisory work with leaders on retainer.
